When it comes to preparing all the little items for you wedding day it can be tedious to keep up with.
I highly suggest putting all of your items for your tabletop in a ziploc bag and label it by table number.

Here are the items I included:
Seating assignment template- On this template I recommend including their name, seat number, how many seats are at the table, as well as the table number. This would be similar to what you submit to your caterer and planner.
Table number and clip if needed
Menu- If you are including a menu, make sure you provide one for each guest that will be seated at that table.
Place cards- Be mindful to include a meal indicator if you are doing a plated meal. This would be a symbol or color that represents the meal your guest has selected from your menu. I also recommend including the table number on the back of the place card just in case it gets mixed up in the hustle of the day.
